Set-Apart Ones Should Not Celebrate Halloween

Truth is not always pretty. Here's why if you follow The Most High, you shouldn't participate in anything to do with Halloween.

• Celebrating this pagan holiday is celebrating evil, & blending in with the world. Now I will admit, I have celebrated this pagan holiday plenty of times. (Before knowing the truth behind it).

However, I have grown in knowledge, & can no longer participate in this.

This is NOT at convenience, it's at obedience. At the will of my Father.

As for my family, there are a lot of things we no longer participate in. Other holidays, my family will no longer celebrate. When you have commited your life as a living sacrifice to YAHUAH, His Holy Spirit works in you. You will never be the same.

First I'll give some key points in this holiday, then we'll point out the obvious. Ultimately, YOU need to decide.

Key Points:

"Hallow"means holy. (For more than our love letters- just look up the word hallow).

Do you see what you could make of the word "halloween"?

• To propose it it holy

• To put forward it is holy

• To imagine it is holy

• To believe it is holy

• To declare it is holy

etc.......

See what they are saying: "hallow/halloween". It was originally known as "All Hallows Eve"/ "All Saints' Eve".

Hallowed is holy, look at the beginning of our prayers.

Matthew 6:9 NKJV

“In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven,

Hallowed be Your name.

When saying hallowed is thy name, you are saying holy is your name. Which it is, so why disrepect our Father by celebrating "halloween"?

Just look up Samhain( you will literally see an alter. An alter for Ba'al- sure of it)

On this day they would celebrate Samhain, now they believed that ghost of the dead came back to earth!

They built "sacred" bonfires where people would come together & sacrific animals to Celtic deities.

Used the blood of animals during thier rituals.

Remember while doing this, they wore animal heads. If that isn't satanic??!

There is an Irish legend, jack-o’-lanterns were named after a man called Jack who could not enter heaven because he was a trickster. He could not enter hell either. because he had played jokes on the devil (REALLY). As a result, Jack had to walk the earth with his lantern until Judgment Day.

They mask & costumes to keep from being recognized by evil spirits- Children wearing mask & costumes

Druids would go to your home asking for food/things they needed appeasing the spirits- Children trick or treating

They do all of this in hopes that Celtic priest would make predictions about the future. We know in our bibles, that is NOT to be entertained. It's a form of witchcraft, also known as necromacing.

Deuteronomy 18:10-11 NKJV

10: There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer,

11: “or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead.

Exodus 22:18 NKJV

18: You shall not permit a sorceress to live.

As a follower of Yahusha/Jesus, we are NOT supposed to communicate with the dead. You actually can't communicate with the dead, they are familiar spirits. Not family or friends.

Leviticus 19:31 KJV

Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.

Acts 16:16 KJV

And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying

Now the obvious:

Yahusha did'nt celebrate it

Scary costumes

Scary decorations

Spells are done over the candy handed out

You are called to be set apart, does any of this sound like you should attach yourself to?

You are opening doors to be tormented

If it's NOT of Yahusha, it's of the devil

Yahusha gives life, this pagan holiday is death

5: casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ

When you truly love YAH, you will love what He loves & hate what He hates.

Proverbs 8:13

The fear of the LORDis to hate evil;

Pride and arrogance and the evil way

And the perverse mouth I hate.

As I said earlier, you need to decide. Just like you decide everything else in life. Choices will have a blessing or a curse attached. Take this to YAH/God, allow Him to speak to you & guide you. Take a close look at your walk with YAH before going out to celebrate the dead.
